01 / the short version

This site no longer collects anything about you. Early access runs through our Discord server, so there's no signup form here to fill in. If you joined the old email waitlist before 28 July 2026 we still hold that address, and you can have it deleted any time by asking. We never sold it and never shared it for marketing.

02 / what we collect

Nothing, on this site. No signup form, no accounts, no payments, and no analytics or advertising trackers — it's a static page with self-hosted fonts and zero third-party scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server request logs (IP, user-agent) to run the service, as every host does.
If you email us (for example the Team/Family link), we obviously have your address — we use it to reply to you and nothing else.
If you join our Discord, that happens on Discord's platform under their privacy policy, not this one. We can see your Discord profile the same way any other member of the server can.

03 / the old waitlist

Addresses submitted before 28 July 2026 are still stored in a managed Postgres database (Supabase), each with a tag saying which form it came from and a timestamp. We keep them for one reason: to tell you when early access opens. We may bring the signup form back at launch — if we do, this page gets updated first. The site itself is served by Vercel.

05 / sharing & selling

We never sell your email. We don't share it with anyone except the infrastructure providers that store and serve it for us (Supabase, Vercel), and, if ever legally required, authorities — that's it.

06 / retention & deletion

We keep the old list only for its purpose: launching Terminus. Want out? Email hello@terminus.dev from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it. Every email we send will also tell you how to get off the list.

07 / the product is different

This policy covers this website only. The Terminus app runs agents locally on your machine and doesn't upload your code — the app will ship with its own privacy documentation at launch.

08 / changes & contact

This is a pre-launch draft; the final policy ships with the product. If we change it meaningfully before then, we'll update the date at the top. Questions: hello@terminus.dev.
