What goes wrong.
- You pay for Claude Code, Codex and Antigravity. You supervise one at a time.
- Six terminals are open. The blocked one scrolls identically to the five that are working.
- Every new session relearns the constraint you corrected last week.
What Terminus does.
- Every agent runs in its own PTY pane, in one grid.
- Each pane carries a status: working, needs you, done.
- A correction is written down once as a rule, and reloads into later sessions.
It runs the agents you already pay for. It is not another one.

It is Electron, so the download is big. It is not signed yet, so Windows will warn you. Panes do not survive closing the app. There is no Linux build.

Installing it.
Windows
- Run the .exe. It is a per-user NSIS install — no admin prompt.
- SmartScreen will warn you: the installer is not code-signed. Click More info, then Run anyway.
- Finish the wizard, then launch Terminus from the Start menu.
Before your first pane
- Install Claude Code, Codex or Antigravity if you have not.
- Check the command works in your normal terminal.
- Plain terminal panes work with no agent at all.
