01 / what this covers

These terms cover the Terminus website. The Terminus application itself isn't generally released yet — when it is, it will ship with its own license agreement, and these site terms don't grant any license to the software. Our Discord server is governed by Discord's own terms as well as ours.

02 / early access is not a purchase

Early access is invite-only and free, and joining our Discord creates no obligation on either side. It doesn't guarantee an activation code, access, timing, pricing, or features — activation codes are issued at our discretion. Everything shown on this site — including plans and prices — is pre-launch information that may change before release. Live demos on this page are illustrative simulations of the product's behavior.

03 / using the site

Don't abuse it: no probing the download or activation endpoints, no sharing or reselling activation codes, no attempting to disrupt the service. We may revoke codes and block abuse at our discretion.

04 / who owns what

The Terminus name, the convergence mark, and this site's content and design belong to Terminus / wAize. Claude Code, Codex, and Antigravity are products and trademarks of their respective owners — Terminus orchestrates them and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.

05 / no warranties

The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damages arising from using this site or relying on pre-launch information — our total liability related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which is zero.

06 / changes, law & contact

This is a pre-launch draft; final terms (including governing law and the software license) will be published at launch. If we change these terms meaningfully before then, we'll update the date above. Questions: hello@terminus.dev.
